Decompress the .tar.gz and find the .html files inside
This Rmarkdown file provides a (raw) analysis made with the data taken without the transformation that has been made by Veronique in the Matlab code, i.e. the transformation
$$\sqrt{\boldsymbol{SSN}+1}$$
with $\boldsymbol{SSN}$ denoting the initial matrix $[obs\cross stations]]$.
This explains why the results were not similar.
We keep it as such in this folder as it could provide some further information ...
