In psyphr-dev/psyphr.read: Read and Process Psychophysiological Data

psyphr

psyphr is an analytical suite for psychophysiological data generated by commercial data collection and processing systems.

The package psyphr.read turns the output from the systems into tidy form.

Work-in-Progress

The package is under active development.

Currently, the package supports the following MindWare Technologies applications:

• Electrodermal Activity (EDA)

• Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

• Electromyography (EMG)

• Blood Pressure Variability (BPV)

• Impedance Cardiography (IMP)

• Basic Signal Analysis (BSA)

Installation

Install the development version from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("psyphr-dev/psyphr.read")
