Folders are:
seq_proc: Any output from sequence processing such as qz and other types of files. pred: Output from prediction models. sets: Generated sets in requisite formats (mostly BiocSet).
Files are:
db_merged.csv/rds: Merged database file as output of analysis/db_prep.ipynb.
