• Added a NEWS.md file to track changes to the package.

• Adapted all necessary functions to run with this new data (AddBusinessDays(),BusinessDays(), difftime_business())
• Wrote better error prompts in AddBusinessDays() and difftime_business()
• Wrote better parameter validation in AddDate(), to allow for vector inputs.
