In rahmarid/stablespec: Stable Specification Search in Structural Equation Models

An updated version

This submission is an updated version to our previous package stablespec 0.2.3 with the following detail.

• Added parallel computation support, and correpondingly updated the dependencies.
• Fixed some bugs in constraint matrix reading and in initial population of models generation.

Test environments

• local Windows 10 install, R 3.3.3
• win-builder (devel) 3.4.0 alpha (2017-04-03 r72475)
• local OS X Sierra install, R 3.3.3
• local Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS install, R. 3.2.1

R CMD check results

There were no ERRORs or WARNINGs.

There was one NOTE:

Maintainer: 'Ridho Rahmadi [e-mail]'

Possibly mis-spelled words in DESCRIPTION: NSGA (16:67) Optimality (14:56) multi (16:16) subsample (13:56)

Regarding the possible mis-spelled words, NSGA is a correct abbreviation of Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm, and optimality and subsample are also correct words according to the Oxford dictionary.
