• Use only undirected quotation marks ('python pylift') in Description text.

• Write package names, software names and API names in single quotes (e.g. 'python pylift') in Description.

• Add https reference in Description text.

• Keeping /dontrun tags due to external library dependencies. The package suggests: grf for the examples, but does not require grf to function.

This is a resubmission. In this version I have:

• Converted the DESCRIPTION title to title case.

• Moved the part of title in parentheses to the description field.

• Added references describing uplift models and metrics.
