rcfree/rclinconcept: A package for loading and querying clinical concept dictionaries in R
The package provides tools to build/load a database with one or more clinical dictionaries using UK-based downloads of these dictionaries and query/search the dictionaries using both hierarchical/DAG-based searches and advanced filtering.
