In reconhub/epicontacts: Handling, Visualisation and Analysis of Epidemiological Contacts

Submitting epicontacts version 1.1.2.

This release will transition the maintainer from VP Nagraj ([e-mail]) to Finlay Campbell ([e-mail]). Note that the email address for VP Nagraj has also changed to [e-mail]. Submitted by VP Nagraj.
