This is a resubmission. I did the following changes suggested by Gregor Seyer: * Changed \dontrun{} to \donttest{} in mlpca_e example, the reason to have \donttest{} is that the example needs more than 5 seconds to run

In this version I did the following changes suggested by Uwe Ligges: Changed version number to a more sensible number, 0.0.1 Added a reference in the Description that explains all the algorithms in this package
