DERTtools (development)

• Fix order of notification table. Order was in ascending order but it was needed in descending order.
• Change link of help to the RStudio Connect EDAV server.

DERTTools 0.12.16.9000

• Change order of the notification table to be automatically ordered the same way as the source table (i.e., xlsx file) but in reverse order.
• Fix bug due to missing dependency (lubridate) in the DESCRIPTION file.
• Fix bug related to discrepancy of the state as used in our database and as used in the CSTE tables. For example, we use two letter states (e.g., PR) in our database but CSTE tables use the full name (e.g., Puerto Rico). (#37)
• Fix errors due to function npds_notifications_generate_UI being used but is currently not exported (#36) and also the Rmd report was not working because parameter was not defined correctly.

DERTTools 0.12.13.9000

• Add example data set with a structure similar to the notification database.
• Add summarize_npds_db() function to generate a summary of the notifications database (#22).
• Add plot_summary() function to generate figures for the dashboard and reports (#22).
• Add report template (NPDS_report.Rmd) (#22).

DERTTools 0.10.12.9000

• Add logo (#32) and add logo to pkgdown website and favicon.
• Stop using GitLab CICD. It will need to be reworked in the process. Rework the script install.R to automate part of the process to build the package, the pkgdown website.
• Fix bug related to package DT not specified as a dependency in the DESCRIPTION file.
• Add "exceptions" to the checklist (#33).

• Add a template checklist to the draft notification that helps check the content of the message (#30).
• Add NPDS link to the anomaly(s) referred in the notification email (#9).
• Add link to NPDS routine surveillance SOP (#29).
• Fix some issues related to bs4Dash. where the initial page was not showing.
• Drop use of the qdap package.

DERTtools 0.3.7

• Add function to get state epidemiologist contact list from CSTE website (#18).
• Change Shiny App to use bs4Dash instead of shinydashbard to be able to use badge pills in the header. Because bs4Dash uses Bootstrap 4 the dashboard appearance is different.
• Change email template to switch signature from Arthur (Art) Chang to Michael Yeh (#20).

DERTtools 0.2.6

• Added feature to allow changing quickly and easily the section chief. Also we can now add other contacts through the other_contacts sheet (#16). These contacts will be added to the CC line in the final email.

DERTtools 0.1.6

• Fixed an issue related on how the anomaly_date for the notifications display in the email (#6).
• Fixed an issue related to NAs displaying in the draft email (#7).
• Draft emails now have the word DRAFT in the subject (#8).
• Fix encoding issue affecting the case_id. Fix should resolve any encoding issues related to the EML file (#12).

DERTtools 0.1.2

• Added NPDS data disclaimer
• Excel sheet surveillance_team now have a variable (draft) that allows including or excluding contact from a draft email if necessary. Added logic to function to allow this capability.
• Added vignette to explain how to enter data into the notification database and the Shiny app to generate notification emails.
