designmatrix

R package for specifying custom design matrices for statistical analyses

Getting started

Prerequisites

The program R ( version >= 3.0 ) The R package 'dplyr' The R package 'shiny'

Installation

To easily install the 'designmatrix' package, you'll need the 'devtools' package:

install.packages("devtools")

The 'designmatrix' package can then be installed via the following command:

devtools::install_github("rettopnivek/designmatrix")

Using the package

To load the package:

library(designmatrix)

To list the available functions:

ls.str('package:designmatrix')

Details and examples for a specific function can be obtained via help( "function" ) substituting the appropriate function name for "function".
