In rformassspectrometry/SpectraVis: Visualising and Exploring Spectra Data
A simple package for (interactive) visualisation and exploration of
mass spectrometry data stored in
Spectra objects.
To install the package:
if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("RforMassSpectrometry/SpectraVis")
