richelbilderbeek/wiritttes: WIRITTE simulation
What if reproduction isolation takes time to establish? This package first simulates a PBD phylogeny, in which reproductive isolation does take time to establish. From those phylogenies, DNA sequences are simulation and analysed using BEAST2. BEAST2 does not assume that reproductive isolation takes time to establish. The analysis of the resulting data is done by the wiritttea package.
