rickeycarter/mrmctools: Statistical Tools to Support Multi-Reader, Multi-Case (MRMC) Study Designs

The package provides a framework for pre-processing and analyzing MRMC study designs. There are a series of exploratory graphics that have been written to understand the reader performances. The package also provides extensions to the graphics in the RJafroc package. Support for the creation of this package comes in part from grants from the NIH (R01 EB017095, U01 EB017185, and UL1 TR002377).
