Arguments
dirQPE
path to qpe folder
dirDOWN
path to save the extracted qpe
timestep
time step of the data
timerange
time range, list(start, end)
geom
list, geom to extract
min_frac
minimum fraction of non missing values, for pentad and dekadal data
