Description
niche.modelR contains functions:
data_import, glm_model, predict_model
niche.modelR functions
data_import
Imports the raster and point layers.
Creates a raster stack.
Checks the point data for inconsistency problems and removes blanks.
glm_model
Takes the plots data.table and runs a GLM model.
model_predict
Takes the GLM model and raster stack and creates an output raster.
