Plots changes over time in bed elevation for the most upstream cross section
in each reach
Usage

Arguments
path
Path to folder with model outputs
type
'type = 1' plots all lines on same plot, 'type = 2' creates a
separate plot for each reach
return_vals
Logical. If TRUE, return calculated values used to make plot.
