ronkeizer/PKPDplot: Plot PKPDsim data

Wrapper functions for plotting data simulated with the `PKPDsim` package. PKPDplot provides a replacement `plot()` function to quickly visualize datasets simulated with `PKPDsim`. It contains default plots for both single- and multiple subject data and can show: simulated observational data, doses, probability intervals.
