Create SimpleSpatialLinesDataFrame object

This function creates a new SimpleSpatialLinesDataFrame object.

SimpleSpatialLinesDataFrame(data, polygons, zoom.level, simplify.tolerance)

data: data.frame.
polygons: list of SpatialPolygons objects.
zoom.level: numeric vector of zoom levels.
simplify.tolerance: numeric vector simplification tolerance for each zoom level.
