Package for calculating various quantities regarding the sun's position e.g. solar angle, sunrise and sunset times, sunlight duration, etc. Calculations are based NOAA's solar calculator (http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/grad/solcalc/calcdetails.html).
