rutujact/avasoilmoisture: Compiles soil moisture data from Matteo's BCI Ava Tower TDR probes.
SWC and Saturation Index derived from TDR data collected by Matteo at the AVA tower north of BCI. Depths covered are 0-15 cm by vertical probes in replicates of three beginning in July 2012. And three horizontal probes at 10, 40 and 100 cm added in Jan 18, 2016.
