This function deletes a Calendar.
Usage

deleteCalendar(CalendarID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
CalendarID
The id of the Calendar.
Run getAllCalendars for a list of Calendars.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted Calendar.
