This function deletes a ConfigDistrictYear.
Usage

deleteConfigDistrictYearEnrollment(ConfigDistrictYearID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
ConfigDistrictYearID
The id of the ConfigDistrictYear.
Run getAllConfigDistrictYears for a list of ConfigDistrictYears.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted ConfigDistrictYear.
