This function deletes a ConfigEntityGroupYear.
Usage

deleteConfigEntityGroupYearStudent(ConfigEntityGroupYearID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
ConfigEntityGroupYearID
The id of the ConfigEntityGroupYear.
Run getAllConfigEntityGroupYears for a list of ConfigEntityGroupYears.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted ConfigEntityGroupYear.
