This function deletes a ConfigSystem.
Usage

deleteConfigSystemSkySys(ConfigSystemID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
ConfigSystemID
The id of the ConfigSystem.
Run getAllConfigSystems for a list of ConfigSystems.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted ConfigSystem.
