This function deletes a CourseSubject.
Usage

deleteCourseSubject(CourseSubjectID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
CourseSubjectID
The id of the CourseSubject.
Run getAllCourseSubjects for a list of CourseSubjects.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted CourseSubject.
