This function deletes an ElementGroup.
Usage

deleteElementGroup(ElementGroupID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
ElementGroupID
The id of the ElementGroup.
Run getAllElementGroups for a list of ElementGroups.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted ElementGroup.
