This function deletes a GradeLevel.
Usage

deleteGradeLevel(GradeLevelID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
GradeLevelID
The id of the GradeLevel.
Run getAllGradeLevels for a list of GradeLevels.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted GradeLevel.
