This function deletes a GradingScaleGroup.
Usage

deleteGradingScaleGroup(GradingScaleGroupID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
GradingScaleGroupID
The id of the GradingScaleGroup.
Run getAllGradingScaleGroups for a list of GradingScaleGroups.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted GradingScaleGroup.
