This function deletes a Homeroom.
Usage

deleteHomeroom(HomeroomID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
HomeroomID
The id of the Homeroom.
Run getAllHomerooms for a list of Homerooms.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted Homeroom.
