This function deletes a SchedulingGroup.
Usage

deleteSchedulingGroup(SchedulingGroupID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
SchedulingGroupID
The id of the SchedulingGroup.
Run getAllSchedulingGroups for a list of SchedulingGroups.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted SchedulingGroup.
