This function deletes a StepStatus.
Usage

deleteStepStatus(StepStatusID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
StepStatusID
The id of the StepStatus.
Run getAllStepStatuses for a list of StepStatuses.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted StepStatus.
