This function deletes a StudentCareerPlan.
Usage

deleteStudentCareerPlan(StudentCareerPlanID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
StudentCareerPlanID
The id of the StudentCareerPlan.
Run getAllStudentCareerPlans for a list of StudentCareerPlans.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted StudentCareerPlan.
