This function deletes a SubjectGradingScaleGroup.
Usage

deleteSubjectGradingScaleGroup(SubjectGradingScaleGroupID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
SubjectGradingScaleGroupID
The id of the SubjectGradingScaleGroup.
Run getAllSubjectGradingScaleGroups for a list of SubjectGradingScaleGroups.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted SubjectGradingScaleGroup.
