This function deletes a TempGradingPeriod.
Usage

deleteTempGradingPeriod(TempGradingPeriodID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
TempGradingPeriodID
The id of the TempGradingPeriod.
Run getAllTempGradingPeriods for a list of TempGradingPeriods.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted TempGradingPeriod.
