This function deletes an UpdateTracker.
Usage

deleteUpdateTracker(UpdateTrackerID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
UpdateTrackerID
The id of the UpdateTracker.
Run getAllUpdateTrackers for a list of UpdateTrackers.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted UpdateTracker.
