In sangeetabhatia03/assessR: Performance metrics for probabilitic forecasts
assessr
The goal of assessr is to implement metrics to evaluate probabilistic
forecasts. The following 4 metrics will be implemented:
1. Relative mean squared error
2. Relative mean absolute error
3. Mean residual
4. Sharpness
5. Bias
Installation
For now, only from github.
