saraihs2/GOsorting: GO sorting and matching of terms found enriched in the honey bee brain during defense
This package includes functions to process and sort Gene Ontology enrichedment terms annotated from RNA sequencing data for comparison to the gene enrichment pattern in the honey bee brain. Comparison data can come from different experiments or other species to look for conserved brain patterns.
