Default parameter sets for the abm

These are default parameter sets.
Sets with 2.0
are the latest default sets.
The 1.0
versions are from Dalby et al. (2023b) (see Source section).
The arrh_pars2.0
set contains hydrolysis rates of CP, RFd and starch and sugars, and those constants come from Dalby et al. (2023b).
The values in man_pars2.0
are also derived from the measurements Dalby et al. (2023b) but are not presented in that paper.
The grp_pars2.0
set contains methanogen substrate uptake rates (qhat_opt),
which come from fitting to multiple full scale datasets from pig farms. This data is not yet published.
The grp_pars2.0
also contains inhibition kinetics, which is described Astals et al. (2018) for NH3 and NH4. Upper inhibition threshold for NH4 (ki_NH4_max) has been changed compared to Astals et al. (2018) by fitting to multiple full scale datasets from pig farms. H2S inhibition constants are derived from data in O'Flaherty et al. (1998).
