In sbissantz/elisr: Exploratory Likert Scaling
Resubmission
Resubmitting elisr (0.1.1). The problem was a 'noLD' issue. I fully revised
the test structure to confront it. In addition, fixed some minor typos found
after submitting elisr. All steps are documented in NEWS.md.
