In sckott/datelife_sandbox: sacbox

TNRS

• go to http://www.iplantcollaborative.org/ and log in

  • click on atmosphere
  • launch new instance
  • search for tnrs, use latest version
  • launch instance, small should be fine
  • get IP address for instance (e.g. 128.196.142.67)

• In terminal

  • cd to root directory: cd
  • git clone https://github.com/iPlantCollaborativeOpenSource/TNRS
  • follow instructions here
  • ssh recology@128.196.142.67

• brians server for datelife

  • ssh [e-mail]
  • password: formica789
  • cd to /Library/WebServer/Sites/datelife.org
  • test name cleaner there
