scoutiii/HTSoutliers: Hrydological and Time Series Outlier Detection Methods

This package was created to hold all code produced during Scout's URCO grant research into detecting outliers in snow depth data from the Global Historical Climatalogical Network Daily (GHCN-D). Several functions are included to help with downloading and formatting data from the GHCN-D. There are also functions to help create models and visualize outliers. Many data sets have been complied and included to help save in computation time.
