In sdcTools/checkTauArgus: Allows to run automated tests using Batchfiles on tau-Argus (if installed)

Introduction

In this document, several tests for the graphical user interface (GUI) of tau-argus are described. Each test consists of a description of steps that should be done sequentially as well as zip-files containing the required inputs as well as the expected outputs. These zip-files must be copied to folder inst/doc.
