This is an R package developed for the EHDEN HTA use case in COPD.
The aims of this work are to:
1. Define cohorts of patients with COPD
2. Characterise patients in terms of their baseline characteristics, by disease severity
3. Summarise and estimate outcomes (healthcare utilisation and COPD exacerbations) for the COPD cohorts, by disease severity
Usage

To perform the analyses use the R file 'codeToRun.R'
