ano Year within term e.g., 'primer ano de ejercicio'
tp Type of session 'ordinario or extraodinario'
np Period within year e.g., 'segundo periodo'
lg Legislature e.g., XVIII
id Compact id including the previous variables
description Original spanish description from web source
href Link to the web source
