version_counter: version_counter function
In senickel/sebstoolkit2:

check ordinal if they are ordinal

1 2	version_counter(filepath, filename, filetype = ".Rmd", increaseversion = 1)

`filepath`	path to file
`filename`	name to file
`filetype`	type of fileending. Default is ".Rmd"
`increaseversion`	by which number should the version counter be increased? Default is 1.
