shamsaraj/ezqsar: An Easy Solution to Build QSAR Models
By using ezqsar_f function, it is possible to generate descriptors from a provided data set. After that, data set is divided into train and test sets, variable selection is performed, a MLR model is developed and statistical parameters are calculated for the final MLR model.
