Usage
getAssociatedRAVs(RAVmodel, pathwaySet, cutoff_nes, cutoff_n)
Arguments
RAVmodel
A PCAGenomicSignatures object.
pathwaySet
A character vector. Keywords you are looking for.
cutoff_nes
A minimum NES to be kept.
cutoff_n
A number of pathways to keep.
