In shekeine/stratR: A package to generate time-series plots and occurrence scores from stratigraphic data
stratR
A package based on ggplot2 and data.table that generates nice stratigraphic
diagrams from paleoenvironmental data. It also facilitates calculation of
occurence metrics such as percentages and higher group scores from
paleodata.
