In shr264/partitionDAG: ESTIMATION OF GAUSSIAN DIRECTED ACYCLICGRAPHS USING PARTIAL ORDERING INFORMATION

partitionDAG

partitionDAG estimates the adjacency matrix for a DAG where partial ordering of the nodes is known. Please note that you must install pdagDFS as well.
